archiverain.com   is a site wanting to solve the “Cloud” problem with storage.  Instead of storing the information in one place where it can be hacked encrypted or not –“the cloud”, Archive Rain, keeps the information moving, mutating it in ways that only the original site can put back together.  Encrypted encryption on the move with a certain amount of echaff to overload the aggressor computer sites. That kind of moving target information wouldn’t be any more bandwidth intensive than netflix or something.
